Pizza Bagels
With pizza bagels, you can eat THREE "whole pizzas"
without the guilt of actually eating three whole pizzas.
Ingredients
- 4 full-sized bagels of your choice, halved
- 1/2 cup store-bought or homemade pizza sauce
- 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- For toppings, 6 ounces of whatever the f@#% you want, including pineapple
Steps
- pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Liberally apply pizza sauce on each halved bagel (the sliced side, not the outside part).
- Liberally, and I mean liberally top with cheese.
- Add as many toppings as you like.
- Top it with more cheese, for good luck.
- Bake in oven for 8 minutes, or until the cheese looks sexy.
- Eat all your pizza bagels in one sitting.
